Transport from Reykjavík 2. maí 2005

Please note that the conference bus will leave from Reykjavik Bus Terminal at 15.30. It will drive to Keflavik International Aiport to pick up participants just arriving at 16.30. We look forward to seing you in Iceland.

National Parks, Outdoor Life and Health Nordic Conference, Hotel Skaftafell, Freysnes, Iceland 5 –7 May 2005 Practical information We expect to be able to accommodate about 80 participants at the Conference. This is a Nordic-Baltic Conference. The aim is to have participants from all the Nordic countries as well as the three Baltic countries. The conference will be conducted in English. Registration Please fill out the registration form on the Web no later than 15 February 2005. We hope to be able to accommodate all who wish to participate in the conference. However, we must take into account the need to have a broad base of participation with respect to countries, institutions and organisations. Consequently, we may have to restrict participation from some countries or some organisations. We will select participants on a first come-first serve basis after we have considered the need for broad-based participation. Financial support We will be able to provide support for a limited number of participants from Non-Governmental Organisations that work with nature conservation, landscape conservation and outdoor recreation. Please fill out the application form on the Web no later than 15 February 2005. Conference fee The Conference fee is 500 DKK. This includes transport from Reykjavik to Freysnes and back, accommodation and meals during the conference. The Conference fee should be paid by 15 March 2005.
